Beginning March 16, IUanyWare will use Microsoft authentication for login and redirect all users to the Citrix Workspace.
This change completes a transition designed to standardize authentication and improve long-term sustainability. It supports IU’s broader efforts to modernize infrastructure, enhance reliability, and deliver a more streamlined user experience across services.
The move creates a more consistent sign-in experience across university systems. In addition, the Citrix Workspace will provide a more accessible and intuitive interface for accessing published applications and virtual desktops.
Core functionality remains unchanged. You will continue to have access to the same IUanyWare apps and virtual desktops you use today. Many users may have already interacted with the Workspace interface during earlier phases of the rollout.
