We’re launching Claude for Small Business – a suite of connectors and out-of-the-box workflows that make Claude the tools small businesses depend on – to help small business owners take full advantage of AI and cross off to-do list items.
Small businesses account for 44% of U.S. GDP and employ nearly half of the private sector workforce, but their adoption of AI lags behind larger companies. Tools and training are rarely tailored to the way small businesses operate, and so their use often ends at the chat window. As part of our nonprofit mission, we are committed to helping business owners use AI more broadly and effectively for their most important tasks.
Claude for Small Business is a switching installation that allows Claude to work with the tools that small business owners already use: Intuit Quickbooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
