11:11 Systems has acquired selected IBM VMware cloud customers following changes to Broadcom’s VMware Cloud Service Provider (VCSP) partner programme. The deal, announced on October 8, covers enterprise customers across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and South America.
The company confirmed that the acquisition was completed, but did not disclose its financial terms. It marks 11:11 Systems’ eighth VMware-related acquisition and eleventh acquisition overall.
The transaction covers VMware-based enterprise workloads currently hosted on IBM Cloud. According to the acquisition announcement, 11:11 Systems plans to support the customers through its existing cloud infrastructure, connectivity, cybersecurity, and recovery services.
