While waiting for Googlebooks to mature before purchasing a unit for myself, I’m using a traditional Windows-Android setup.
I’m happy with this combination for now. I already have a Googlebook-like configuration thanks to some helpful apps.
I normally use Quick Share for wirelessly transferring files between my laptop and phones, while using Microsoft Phone Link as a bridge for everything else.
I recently found an open source app that could do these functions better than the Google and Microsoft apps combined. Don’t worry, it doesn’t require creating yet another online account.
