HPE Stock on Track for New High After Unveiling New Server Powered by Nvidia Chips: ‘Agent AI Has Arrived and It Needs a New CPU’

Shares of enterprise computing solutions provider HPE (HPE) are in the spotlight Monday after the company announced a new server with an Nvidia chip capable of handling heavy AI workloads, ahead of its first-quarter earnings report.

At the time of writing, HPE shares were up more than 7% premarket and were on track to open at a new all-time high.

The new server

HPE introduced the HPE ProLiant Compute DL394 Gen12 server at Computex, a popular annual computing and technology trade show held in Taiwan. The server features Nvidia Vera CPU and enterprise-grade security features and HPE control panel to manage and automate server farms. HPE said the New York Stock Exchange has already shown significant interest in using HPE’s latest offering to bolster its operations.
