Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. today took advantage of Nvidia Corp.’s GTC conference to implement a broad expansion of its artificial intelligence portfolio, introducing new systems for enterprise, sovereign and high-performance computing deployments, as it positions itself as a complete provider for organizations moving AI from pilots to production.
The announcements cover private cloud systems, edge servers, large-scale AI factory infrastructure and storage.
HPE said enterprises are no longer satisfied with isolated AI experiments and instead want governed, repeatable systems that can deliver measurable returns. “The winners are not simply optimizing around isolated projects,” Dale Brown, global head of sales growth for AI solutions at HPE, said in a briefing. “They are standardizing how AI operates within their company.”
