Angad Soin says hard work is in his blood. The 39-year-old managing director of Xero in Australia and New Zealand, who also serves as the $14 billion company’s global chief strategy officer, came from India as a baby and says hard work has been essential to his family’s new life in Australia.
It is also of fundamental importance to Soin’s family in his native country. He regularly visits his grandfather, who still runs a company in India that makes machines for making ball bearings.
