Samsung has unveiled the new Galaxy S26 series with smarter features powered by Google AI. These AI features make everyday tasks faster and easier, and help you do more without extra effort.
In collaboration with Samsung, Google introduced new AI features with the Galaxy S26 series. One of the major updates is in the Gemini assistant. Gemini can now manage your to-do list to make multitasking effortless. With a long press of the side button, you can ask Gemini to handle tasks like booking a ride, ordering food, or making a grocery list.
Gemini runs in the background while you use your phone. You can check the task progress in notifications or stop it anytime. Currently in beta, this feature is available in the US and Korea for select apps in rideshare, food, and grocery categories, simplifying everyday tasks.
In addition to this, the company also advances Circle to Search. Now, with multi-object image recognition, you can search for whole outfits or complete looks, not just one item.
Circle to Search also lets you try on clothes virtually. Just upload your photo, and you can see how different styles from your favorite brands would look on you before buying.
The Galaxy S26 also improves phone safety. Scam Detection can warn you if a call seems suspicious. You will get a sound and vibration alert, and all checks happen on your device to protect your privacy.
