IDTrust, an identity platform built on Hedera for verifying AI agents with all records stored on blockchain, is now directly available in IBM’s cloud catalog. It is the first commercial Hedera app in that catalog, giving IBM’s enterprise customers direct access to a blockchain-based identity service.
The listing opens an enterprise distribution channel for Hedera through IBM’s catalog, which reaches a large corporate customer base. IDTrust can be evaluated and procured there without separate integration work, and its focus on verifying AI agents connects the network to a use case enterprises are actively examining.
Catalog availability does not by itself guarantee transaction volume, so the effect on HBAR depends on how many IBM customers deploy the platform. The listing still provides a concrete commercial reference for Hedera in enterprise identity.
