HCLTech has announced plans to expand its strategic partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Through this partnership, HCLTech will acquire a range of service offerings, including BSS, network applications, service cloud, and data intelligence solutions from HPE. These capabilities will complement HCLTech’s existing services, enhancing efficiency, integration, and partnership opportunities.
As part of the agreement, HPE will retain the OSS portion of its CTG business, with the Telco Solutions group continuing to focus on OSS, orchestration, and assurance for telecommunication customers. The transaction is pending regulatory approvals and is expected to close within 6 to 9 months.
