Texans have just hours left to participate in a Google Assistant privacy lawsuit after five years of litigation. The company established a $68 million settlement fund. Now, it’s up to residents to check their eligibility.
Residents must complete and submit a claim form by Thursday, August 27, 2026.
The claim form is available on the settlement website. Click here to access it. You do not need to have received an email notice to submit the form. However, those who did receive an email notice should use the Unique ID and PIN included in the message. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign their forms.
