Google announced the integration of the Gemini chatbot into Google Messages earlier this year, first in select markets and limited to certain devices like Samsung and Pixel. Recently, Google expanded Gemini access to more devices, requiring a minimum of 6GB of RAM and a linked personal Google account with RCS enabled. Access to Gemini in Google Messages will now be available on OnePlus, Xiaomi, Realme, or Oppo phones. The chatbot may take some time to appear on your phone after meeting the requirements. Gemini in Google Messages supports English and is now available in more devices. Additionally, Gemini’s expansion includes availability in India with support for nine local languages and document upload features. Gemini is now accessible in over 16 countries worldwide.
