The U.S. Department of Energy’s Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory is joining Microsoft Quantum as an initial partner in a new quantum hardware makerspace at Microsoft’s quantum research center in the University of Maryland’s Discovery District, the laboratory announced Tuesday.
