The elegant Malibu estate that Google founder Sergey Brin purchased with his ex-wife, Nicole Shanahan, is now being offered up as a luxurious “summer rental,” complete with a very high-end asking price of $175,000 a month.
Brin, 52, and his former spouse—who went on to join Robert F. Kennedy Jr.‘s short-lived presidential campaign—bought the “dreamy” Point Dume dwelling for $35 million in September 2020, just over a year before it was revealed that they had split after just three years of marriage.
The details of their divorce settlement, which was finalized in 2023, were never fully revealed, however reports suggest that Shanahan walked away with around $1 billion in assets, including shares in Alphabet, Google’s parent company.
