Everything we currently know about Oracle’s Nashville campus

Nearly five years after the Nashville Metro Council agreed to a financing deal with Oracle Corp. has agreed to build a future headquarters on the downtown riverfront, the tech giant has begun work on the East Bank site.

But vertical construction has not yet begun.

When The deal was approved in 2021The tech company committed to creating 8,500 new jobs in Nashville by the end of 2031. The company also agreed to pay for infrastructure improvements in the larger River North district of which it will be a part, including a new pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River and a greenway expansion. Under the agreement, Oracle will receive a 50% property tax rebate over 25 years in return for its upfront infrastructure investments, up to $175 million. The company also received one $65 million economic development grant from the state.
