Workers are busy providing a makeover to a drab IBM factory building on Endicott’s North Side.
Exterior enhancements to “Building 46” on the Huron Campus at Watson Boulevard and McKinkley Avenue started a couple of weeks ago according to employees of a data center at the site.
The bleak-looking concrete is being repainted with black highlights to give the structure a more modern look.

Chris Pelto, who oversees Huron Campus operations for Phoenix Investors, hasn’t returned calls in recent days seeking information about the work now underway inside and outside the building.
