Initial work will concentrate on selected priority instruments, with possible expansion across Danaher’s portfolio. Technologies under consideration include DGX Spark for computing at the instrument level, RAPIDS for data processing and BioNeMo Open Models. The companies are also exploring Cosmos world models and Omniverse digital twins for instruments and laboratory operations.
Danaher said customers would retain choice over models, standards and technology providers. The announcement did not disclose financial terms or a commercial rollout schedule for the collaboration.
