A former artificial intelligence specialist at Culture Amp, the Melbourne-based employee experience startup valued at more than $2 billion, claims he was fired within days after making multiple complaints about a colleague, despite previously being told he was a good fit for the company.
Gareth Roberts joined Culture Amp as a senior AI specialist in September 2025. In a new federal court filing, he claims he was fired in December, two days after he complained to his manager Greta Bradman, the wife of Culture Amp co-founder Didier Elzinga.
