Court rules against Grok for “extracting” images using AI

The Amsterdam court’s injunction, which could set a precedent in Europe, is one of the first times a judge has assessed xAI’s responsibility for developing tools that can easily create sexualized images, amid a flood of complaints and investigations against Grok around the world.
