Dear Answer Man: What is going on or being built near the southeast parking lot at IBM? There’s been an array of large pieces of construction materials for several months, and now something looks like a building that’s being built. — Curious Greg.
Dear Greg,
With so much construction happening around Rochester, you’d think folks around town would be uninterested every time a construction fence went up and building materials were stacked at a site.
Alas, we have an inquisitive bunch of residents around town.
What’s happening at the technology campus that was IBM? Well, it depends on the project.
