Claro Dominicana adds AWS to cloud portfolio

Claro Dominicana (America Movil) has announced the addition of Amazon Web Services (AWS) to its cloud infrastructure portfolio, giving business customers in the Dominican Republic access to AWS’s global cloud platform as well as the operator’s existing Claro Cloud Enterprise and Microsoft Azure offerings. The operator said the agreement expands the range of scalable, on-demand cloud resources available locally, ranging from storage and databases to networking, security, AI and data analytics.
