With a remarkable 26% increase in its rating, Cisco has emerged as one of the most improved companies in the Benchmark. Various initiatives, such as visible leadership support, LGBTQ+ Social Justice Fund, Pronouns launch in the Cisco Employee Central Directory, Self-ID program, and Gender Affirmation policies, have played a crucial role in this achievement.
