Cisco, Microsoft Law Heads Get $46 Million as Legal Groups Shift

Cisco Systems Inc.’s top lawyer and her former boss at Microsoft Corp. collectively earned more than $46.4 million in total compensation from their respective employers this year, one in which both Big Tech companies have made important personnel and structural changes to their in-house legal teams.
