ChainLabs said on Tuesday it launched HyperGEO, a generative AI search optimization (GEO) service.

The company said HyperGEO helps generative AI services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude introduce and recommend corporate information more accurately.

HyperGEO focuses on fixing existing information rather than creating content in bulk. It corrects incorrect facts and helps align data read by AI with website content. ChainLabs said a stock information service company A saw its share of mentions in AI answers rise to 68.5 percent from 22.4 percent, or about threefold, in six weeks after measures were taken. It said the rate at which AI explained information correctly rose to 89.2 percent from 41.0 percent.

HyperGEO asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude the same questions daily. It measures share of mentions in AI answers, information accuracy and share versus competitors, and also counts visitors who entered the website through AI. It also stores the original text of the answers and the source URLs cited by AI so users can check the basis for the figures.

The company stressed it disclosed measurement methods and standards instead of making promises such as “guaranteeing an AI ranking” so customers can verify results again.
