Century Properties Group Inc. recently completed the Barbados Tower at its resort-inspired estate in San Fernando, Pampanga. This new 27-story residential tower, with a capex of P1 billion, will add 820 units to The Resort Residences at Azure North, scheduled for completion next year. The CEO, Carlo Antonio, mentioned that the Monaco and Bali towers, with a total of 1,606 units over 29 floors, were completed in 2018. Together with Barbados, these three towers will offer a total of 2,426 units. After completion, a mid-rise residential development will be unveiled, with 375 units and water park amenities, expanding the resort living experience. Azure North, inspired by the success of Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque, features a man-made beach with a white sand lagoon, wave pool, and exclusive clubhouse. This development is the first of its kind north of Metro Manila.
