The Commonwealth Bank has begun using AI in its employee surveys to analyze and interpret feedback from its more than 51,000 employees.
Matt Hull, executive manager of culture and people, said the bank is using technology in a variety of ways to better understand its workforce, including processing individual employee comments on a scale previously thought impossible.
