Atlassian CEO Mike Cannon-Brookes says artificial intelligence is the most exciting technology of his life and that it will help his company emerge stronger from a difficult period that has seen nearly $40 billion in value lost in the last four months alone.
In an interview, the billionaire said that investors would eventually understand that the same principles that have made software giants like Microsoft the largest companies in the world have not changed with AI, while also discussing the challenges of running the company alone since the departure of co-founder Scott Farquhar.
