oracle (NYSE:ORCL | ORCL price prediction) have just submitted the quarter that finally confirms this Thesis on AI infrastructure. Cloud infrastructure revenue increased 93% year-over-year to $5.79 billion in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, and the remaining performance obligation backlog now stands at $638 billion.
Shares closed at $201.26 on June 10, up just 3.89% year to date. The discrepancy between the booked order backlog and the share price is the whole story. Can ORCL reach $400 by 2027?
Why Oracle shares are stuck despite record losses
On paper the setup looks great. The tape disagrees. ORCL is down 12.62% in the past week alone and is trading 26% below its 52-week high of $343.01. The problem is the bill that growth pays.
