A California business owner is facing up to 50 years in federal prison over accusations that he ran a $300 million scheme to route export-controlled Nvidia servers through Southeast Asia and into China. The Justice Department unsealed charges against Greg Lui, also known as Yiu Kong Lui, on October 2, 2026, naming four Nvidia GPU models at the center of the case: the A100, the H100, the GeForce RTX 4090, and the GeForce RTX 5090, according to reporting from The Register and PCMag.
