Broadcom, the custom-silicon and infrastructure-software supplier AVGO, projected fourth-quarter AI semiconductor revenue of $21.7 billion, with shares up approximately 3.5% to $355.53 around 12:31 p.m. ET Friday. That forecast adds $5 billion to the previous quarter’s AI sales. The growth engine is getting bigger—and carrying more of the business.
Broadcom’s results put third-quarter AI semiconductor revenue at $16.7 billion, roughly 56.4% of total sales of $29.59 billion. Its next-quarter forecast implies nearly 30% sequential AI growth, alongside consolidated revenue of approximately $34.8 billion. The valuation snapshot puts shares 14.79% below the $417.24 GF Value estimate, suggesting a valuation cushion if execution holds.
