Broadcom raised its fiscal 2026 AI semiconductor revenue forecast to approximately $58 billion, extending its outlook after quarterly AI sales grew 221% year over year.
The company also projected approximately $115 billion in AI semiconductor revenue for fiscal 2027 and $230 billion for fiscal 2028 during its Sept. 2 earnings call at 5 p.m. ET (2100 UTC).
Broadcom reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $29.591 billion for the quarter ended Aug. 2, 2026, up 86% from a year earlier. AI semiconductor revenue reached $16.7 billion, increasing 221% year over year and 54% from the previous quarter.
The AI semiconductor figure includes custom AI accelerators and networking products. Semiconductor-solutions revenue totaled $20.839 billion, while infrastructure-software revenue was $8.752 billion.
“Demand for our custom AI accelerators and networking continues to be very strong,” Broadcom President and CEO Hock Tan said in the earnings announcement.
