Broadcom (NASDAQ:AVGO) Chief Executive Officer and President Hock Tan sold 130,000 shares, generating about $42.38 million in proceeds, according to a SEC filing.
The sale, executed on Dec. 18 and reported in a Form 4 filed Dec. 22, trimmed Tan’s direct stake to roughly 595,638 shares, regulatory records show.
That single trade is the latest in a string of disposals by Tan and other executives this year. When combined with earlier sales, the cumulative total of insider disposals tied to Broadcom’s senior ranks rises above $100 million.
