It’s no secret that artificial intelligence has completely changed the world of work and with technological advancements there are many more changes to come.

Currently, the recruiting industry has been fundamentally transformed by the introduction of AI, so much so that one particular role has been “pretty much eliminated from the workforce.”

Bianca Hill is Head of People and Culture at Decidr AI and tells nine.com.au that the introduction of new technologies has particularly changed the resources side of recruitment.

“The ability to review multiple applications using AI, searching for keywords, years of experience, and the like, has largely eliminated a more minor type of sourcing role,” she explains.

“The entire recruitment process can now be carried out by one person, which has a huge productivity effect for companies.”
