Back on Track: No. 8 Apaches score three-point win over Cisco

On a sizzling hot Saturday afternoon, No. 8 TJC used a stout ground attack and two key interceptions to secure a 31-28 win over Cisco College at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Rose Stadium in Tyler.
The Apaches’ victory helped Tyler Junior College celebrate its 100th birthday.
Tyler improved to 4-1 on the season and 2-1 in Southwest Junior College Football Conference play. The Wranglers fall to 1-3 overall and 1-2 in conference play.
Tyler Coach Brady Davis said his team was anxious to get back on the field after suffering a 38-33 upset to Trinity Valley last week in Athens.
