AT&T Business Expands Work with Amazon Leo for Resilient Connectivity 

AT&T Business has furthered its agreement with Amazon’s Amazon Leo constellation to offer “converged connectivity solutions” integrating satellite into fiber and 5G networks for business customers. 

After announcing an initial agreement in February, AT&T announced further agreements with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Amazon Leo on Tuesday focused on providing resilience and redundancy across technologies spanning terrestrial and satellite networks; expanding geographic reach in remote and rural areas with satellite; and providing business-grade managed services with AWS. 

AT&T said that details about service availability, pricing, and product configurations for enterprise customers will be announced “in the coming months.” The companies said they are working through a “structured, phased deployment designed to ensure business-grade reliability before road availability.”
