The US stock market hit more records as winners of the artificial intelligence boom continued to rise.
The S&P 500 rose 0.1 percent after swinging between small gains and losses throughout the day. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 228 points, or 0.4 percent, and the Nasdaq Composite gained less than 0.1 percent. All three reached all-time highs.
The Australian stock market is set to rise, with futures at 6.27am AEST pointing to a gain of 25 points, or 0.3 per cent, at the open. The ASX fell lower on Tuesday. The Australian dollar traded at $71.81.
