AppOmni has launched a real-time security solution for ServiceNow that aims to protect businesses from threats from AI agents within the platform.
Used by 8,400 companies worldwide, including a significant portion of the Fortune 500, ServiceNow is increasingly integrating AI to automate and support various business processes. AppOmni’s new security features address risks associated with the behavior of AI agents, particularly those that can collaborate and take autonomous actions.
Risks from AI agents
Recent research from AppOmni has revealed a vulnerability that allows attackers to exploit ServiceNow AI agents even when some default security settings are enabled.
