Anthropic, an artificial intelligence company, is seeking an initial public offering on Wall Street, the latest chapter in its meteoric rise from a little-known research lab to a leading AI company valued at $965 billion ($1.3 trillion).
Anthropic announced on Monday (Tuesday AEST) that it has filed a confidential application with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common shares.
