AI employee compensation is skyrocketing

Over the last decade, compensation for artificial intelligence (AI) professionals has increased at an unprecedented pace, transforming the talent market and defining what employers must offer to attract and retain top technical talent. As companies across nearly every industry struggle to integrate machine learning, automation, and generative AI into their operations, the demand for skilled AI engineers, researchers, and product leaders far outstrips supply. The result is a compensation environment that is not only highly competitive but also increasingly aggressive.
