Broadcom leaders addressed VMware staff about the future of one of its business units that global investment firm KKR plans to acquire, according to internal memos viewed by Business Insider.
KKR announced on Monday that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the End-User Computing division from Broadcom for about $4 billion.
