Salesforce, Microsoft Signal New Enterprise AI Shift | Channel Insider

This week, news from Microsoft and Salesforce points to a broader picture we’re seeing across AI adoption strategies. First, Salesforce and Nvidia have teamed up to launch KOA, a new reasoning model built specifically for CRM workflows within Salesforce. Now, the company says that KA is not trying to compete with Frontier models on every type of task. Instead, it’s getting really good at pinpointing specific needs. Say for instance, updating sales opportunities, follow-up information and routing support cases.

Now, for partners, this unlocks a new AI services opportunity, or at least a differentiated one than those we’ve covered earlier in the year. Customers are going to need help not just in adopting Salesforce, but in choosing which models to use on which processes and how to design those workflows with new tooling in mind, and with the future ready to go.
