WASHINGTON (TNND) — Apple News and Google News are facing renewed scrutiny over which news organizations receive prominent placement on their platforms after a conservative media watchdog found the outlets most frequently promoted by the tech giants have not endorsed a Republican presidential candidate in any of the past 10 elections.
The Media Research Center examined news organizations it says appeared most frequently on Apple News and Google News, then reviewed those publications’ presidential endorsements dating back to 1988. (TNND)
