Telstra CEO Vicki Brady says the next big shift in how companies approach artificial intelligence will be to capture and leverage human-to-human interaction rather than simply processing massive amounts of data.
The country’s largest telecom provider has been working to overhaul its business to capitalize on the AI boom, now using automated processes for everything from answering customer questions to remotely turning modems off and on to troubleshoot connection problems.
