Welcome back to the Spiceworks Voice of IT series. Since its inception in 2010, our Voice of IT surveys have collected feedback from IT professionals around the world to help inform their peers across the industry. More recently, we asked IT professionals for their opinion on laptops, wireless access pointsand password management tools. For this edition, we are doing a two-part edition. Enterprise data storage is a crowded and competitive market. To help navigate all of this, we gathered responses from nearly 460 professionals, covering three main areas: how satisfied respondents were with their storage providers, what drove their vendor selection decisions, and where providers still have room for improvement, whether in their pricing, their services, or their product offerings.
