IDeaS, a SAS company specializing in hotel revenue management software, has partnered with Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP) to seamlessly connect its RMS solutions, including IDeaS G3 RMS, with Oracle’s OPERA Cloud platform through OHIP and the Oracle Cloud Marketplace. This collaboration between IDeaS and Oracle, who already share 10,000 customers, aims to provide efficient and scalable integration for hoteliers.
The IDeaS G3 RMS system offers scientific pricing decisions at the room type and rate code level to optimize revenue performance. By integrating with OPERA Cloud via OHIP, IDeaS can accelerate implementations without the need for Oracle intervention. Currently, around 2,000 properties are using IDeaS on the OHIP platform, with hotels expressing enthusiasm for the increased efficiency, ease of integration, and faster interface. IDeaS is able to connect 50 to 100 more hotels per week, enabling future capabilities and additional solutions to be implemented quickly.
Oracle Cloud Marketplace serves as a central hub for Oracle customers seeking trusted business applications, including those that extend Oracle Cloud applications. Oracle Cloud offers a wide range of services, such as SaaS, application development, application hosting, and business analytics, with a focus on performance and security. Customers can access leading compute, storage, data management, security, integration, AI, and Blockchain services to modernize their workloads. Oracle Cloud also features the industry’s first and only autonomous database.
