“Worthy”: The ChatGPT cartoon trend isn’t as harmless as you might think

But AI and cyber experts are asking the same question: Is it harmless fun or is it encouraging a mass privacy crisis?

Jessamy Perriam, digital sociologist and lecturer at the Australian National University (ANU), told the story nine.com.au The trend is “fun but scary at the same time.”

“It’s more about how much do you want ChatGPT to know about you?” Perriam said.

“Not entirely sure if what you shared with ChatGPT will remain isolated just for you or if it will be used in other scenarios.”
