As if to prove his point, the Nobel Prize-winning magician who wrote, “Times are changing,” has finally joined Patreon.

As pitchfork As reported yesterday, Bob Dylan – aka Zimmy, Blind Boy Grunt, Lucky Wilbury – has created a new personal account on the pay-to-play hosting service. From there, he aims to communicate strange musings directly to his audience for the low price of $5 a month.

Dylan soft-launched the site via Instagram this week, introducing a series called “Lectures From the Grave.”

This section is considered a “living archive” and includes such reports as “The Last Testament of Frank James,” “Aaron Burr: On the Art of Survival,” and “The Life and Death of Wild Bill.” All supposedly original stories of past folk heroes.
