When Medical A.I. Performs Better Than Human Doctors

I have been following the rapid advances of artificial intelligence in medicine for the past few years, especially in my field of radiology. Present conventional wisdom amongst radiologists is that A.I. systems can do pretty well at some specialized tasks and can play an important role in improving patient care. But A.I. cannot (yet) replace human radiologists.
