What Oracle offered as severance pay to laid-off US employees

Oracle is providing severance packages of up to 26 weeks for U.S.-based employees affected by layoffs. Those affected were informed by email early Tuesday morning. The package includes four weeks of basic salary plus an additional week for each year of service.
