When Olivia Wood’s eight-year-old daughter’s seat belt broke on the Kwinana Highway in Salter Point, it almost cost the Perth nurse her license.
“I always make sure my kids are buckled in at the start of the trip and throughout the trip,” she told 9News.
But Wood was hit with eight errors and a $550 fine.
“You can actually see in the picture that her seatbelt is on. She may have temporarily adjusted her knee,” Wood said.
